The Sintered Stainless Steel Porous Metal Filter Tube is created from irregularly-shaped stainless steel powder, typically AISI 316L. The powder is compressed into a mold, then sintered at high temperatures to form a porous tube with exceptional resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and mechanical strain.
The pore size of the filter can be ***ermined by the choice of powder and the applied pressure during compression. The shape, size, and distribution of the powder i***ct the final properties of the filter.
At filtration accuracies of 70&©|181;m or finer, particle chipping can be an issue with some filters. However, our sintered metal tube avoids this problem thanks to our advanced vacuum sintering equipment and skilled production staff.
Furthermore, each sintered metal tube undergoes rigorous testing with bubble point and air permeability tests according to ISO 4003 and ISO 4022, respectively. This ensures that our filters are of the highest quality and meet the needs of every customer.
